No alliance with VBA or MNS for Maharashtra Assembly polls: Congress

The Congress in Maharashtra Tuesday ruled out any pre-poll alliance with the Vanchit Bahujan Agadhi (VBA) or the Raj Thackeray-led MNS for the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
