Assam flood situation turns grim, 4 lakh people affected across 700 villages in 17 districts

Some of the flood-affected districts include Dhemaji, Lakhimpur, Biswanath, Jorhat, Darrang, Barpeta, Nalbari, Majuli, Chirang, Dibrugarh and Golaghat.
