Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar has dissolved the state assembly following a historic mandate. While actor Vijay's TVK emerged as the single-largest party with 108 seats and secured Congress support, the Governor is reportedly seeking more clarity on the numbers before an oath-taking ceremony.
